This is very rare, and most issues are solved straight away over the phone. If the problem can’t be fixed on the call, or the cartridge turns out to be faulty, we send you a replacement. It is all covered by our 3-year guarantee.

No, but if our products ever did cause damage to your printer, we would be liable for it. That is covered by our 3-year guarantee, so you have nothing to worry about.

No. There is no minimum order quantity. Single colours come as a twin pack (two cartridges per colour in one box), and we also offer sets: black, cyan, magenta and yellow. For larger quantities we offer tiered pricing and special terms.

Business customers buy on account with an invoice and 30 days to pay. We go into advance and take the risk because our service is built on trust, so ordering is relaxed and risk-free for your company.

Orders of £100 or more are always delivered free of charge. For orders under £100, a flat delivery charge of £15 applies because of the small quantities.

We dispose of them for you free of charge and in an environmentally responsible way. We carry the much higher recycling costs ourselves, and you can send back as many empty cartridges as fit into the parcel. On orders of £450 or more, we provide a free returns label. On orders under £450, you contribute £19 towards the returns label.
